Terms and Conditions for the Loyalty and Reward App.
1. Introduction: Welcome to MyRewards App ('App'), a loyalty and reward application operated by
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML) (collectively
referred to as 'Company') and created specifically for its customers.
2. Eligibility: The App is available to customers of the Company, be it be a customer of PTML
Services or PTCL Services or Both. (The customer availing the services via the MyRewards App shall be
referred to as 'Subscriber')
3. Subscription Pack:
Daily Pack: Priced at Rs. 5, Auto-Recursive
Weekly Pack: One-time subscription, Priced at Rs. 35
Monthly Pack: One-time subscription, Priced at Rs. 58
4. Affinity Deals: Upon subscribing to any of the above packs, Subscriber can access affinity
deals from our partners. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any deal at any time
without prior notice.
5. Earning Rewards: Rewards can be earned based on the telecommunication spend of the Subscriber.
No fee is required to earn rewards. Rewards will be credited to the Subscriber's account as per the
criteria set by the Company.
6. Redeeming Rewards: Rewards can be redeemed from a special catalogue created for customers. The
catalogue items are subject to availability and can be changed at the Company's discretion at any time.
Redeemed rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Expiration of Rewards: Loyalty points earned by a Subscriber shall be valid for a period of
three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of accrual. Any loyalty points not redeemed within
this validity period shall automatically expire and be forfeited, without entitlement to any
compensation or replacement.
8. Auto-Recurrence: The Daily Pack is auto-recursive and will renew every 24 hours unless
cancelled by the Subscriber. Subscriber can cancel the auto-recursive subscription at any time via the
App settings.
9. Termination and Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the
loyalty and reward program at any time without notice and/or by giving thirty (30) days prior notice.
Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms via the App, SMS or any other
appropriate communication channel. The Company shall not be liable to the Subscriber for any loss,
claim, or inconvenience arising from such modification or termination.
10. Subscriber Conduct: Subscribers agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to engage in
any activities that could harm the Company or other customers/Subscribers. Any fraudulent activity will
result in immediate termination of the Subscriber's account and forfeiture of all rewards.
11. Privacy Policy: By using the App, Subscriber agree to the collection and use of their
personal data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App. The
Company is not responsible for any issues arising from partner deals.
13. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Pakistan.
